A new onboarding flow for the Wix Logo Maker harnessed the power of AI to learn about users' businesses, create logo design briefs and get them started with a customizable logo.
The project
The new chat experience kept Wix's product current and satisfied users who've come to expect AI. It earned praise from senior management, who called it "smooth and fun to use" with "beautiful results."

The impact
I created a content doc as a source of truth that the team used to track content progress. I triaged content tasks to make sure we launched with the essentials and improved on the rest after launch. I worked fast, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and syncing with other teams to get the job done on time. I suggested UI changes to promote accessibility and preserve users' trust.

My solutions
I wrote all UX content, collaborating with product managers, designers and developers to deliver a smooth and visually appealing UI. I carefully chose terms that would make sense to users and fit the existing product offering. After the launch, I tweaked content to test and improve impact.
