Business Launcher
About
This idea-to- AI tool is an alternative funnel for Wix. People who want to start small businesses get matched with business ideas based on their background and goals, then set up with the tools to launch their new ventures. The product includes chat and questionnaire flows on desktop and mobile, plus ready-made templates for browsing or use as fallbacks.
The project
The release of the Business Launcher earned positive PR and helped establish Wix as an AI leader in the business creation tools industry. My team then integrated the Business Launcher experience into another Wix tool, the Business Name Generator, resulting in a much-improved product that funnels early-stage business owners into Wix's offerings.

The impact
I created a content doc as a source of truth that the team used to track content progress. I triaged content tasks to make sure we launched with the essentials and improved on the rest after launch. I worked fast, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and syncing with other teams to get the job done on time. I suggested UI changes to promote accessibility and preserve users' trust.

My solutions
In addition to owning the UX content, I contributed to prompt writing and review, kicked off the product naming research and collaborated with the marketing and legal teams to align terminology. I set the Business Launcher's tone and persona and worked with the Wix Writers Guild on content guidelines for AI tools.

My role
A tight deadline, an ambitious project scope, close attention from senior management and a designer on leave meant things moved fast and developers sometimes used outdated content.
We wanted to excite users without overpromising, while building their trust and supporting their choices.
This was one of Wix's first proactive AI tools so there weren't established content guidelines.

The challenge
